This part of the site is closing down and being moved around a little. All the information here will be purged to another place. More information on this comming soon.
In the meantime I wish to apologise for the lack of updates and the shear mass of spam that has populated here.
Over the next few days this site will be getting various upgrades, and some important changes will be made.
The exact list of whats going to happen will not be published, BUT a section on the forum will be for people to post about issues, suggestions and possible additions for the site
The title says it all, this site has gone a bit wrong over the last few weeks with lack of updates along with the numerous spammers. The forum is now set so that only registered users can post in a bid to stop the spam. I hope to get some more things online soon, Not sure how soon. But I will keep updating you all :)
The past 2 days have been very educational and very informative. Most of the people who are responding back about the event have said its good, but some however were not happy with various things.
The main unhappy topic is the fact that the download versions of the videos were corrupting and generally not downloading very well at all. Due to this I have decided to bring my Vista section of this site online, and the section should start appearing shortly. I will be bringing the download versions of the videos onto this site as soon as I can upload them. In the meantime hold tight.
I will also be posting on some of the subjects raised throughout Day 1 as well as getting to grips with Day 2's content. Which I am yet to attempt.
Over the next few months I will be guiding you through making a website from scratch and learning all the code as you go along. The guide will be created for both new web creators as well as the more experienced creators amongst us.
The guide will begin with learning the very basics of HTML and within the first 5 guides or so, you will know how to make a miniature site. Following this will be the more advanced part of site creation with the use of PHP.
I am hoping to have a new guide published every day and it’s going to be a great experience.
The guide will not only be published on this site, but the whole guide will also be available in .doc and .pdf file formats so you can download and print the whole thing.
Following the news about Yahoo! I decided to bring in a chat system, to get into it just register on this site, login and click the chat link to the left.
If your already registered here then just click the chat link.
is upto something yet again, with their recent announcement sent by PM.
The announcement is as follows.
From YahooMessengerTeam in PM Yahoo! Messenger will be performing scheduled maintenance on December 8 from 5.30 PM PST to 7.30 PM PST. During this period, you might experience problems when using Yahoo! Messenger.
As many people know, Yahoo is pretty un-reliable for their timing.
Well the timer I had here ran out 13 minutes ago and as yet nothing has happend on the Yahoo side of things.
So we shall see. Updates will of course follow.
I just knew something was going to happen. I had this show up on Yahoo! Messenger.
Ok then, a few minutes ago Yahoo killed the chat servers. Those who use voice on 3rd party chat clients are still able to communicate using voice. But the whole text part is dead.
Well this is the official word from Yahoo as of 5am GMT (9pm PST)
The Messenger network will be temporarily down today from 5:30 PST to 7:30 PST.
Our service continues to grow globally, so we are conducting a scheduled maintenance to increase capacity for all our users around the world. We apologize for this inconvenience and have taken strides to limit the maintenance period to a few hours. The service will be down on Friday, December 8, 2006 from 5:30 PST to 7:30 PST.
So it's still anyones guess of what is actually happening. And as it's 5am here I have decided I have head enough and am heading for sleep. Will be posting more updates tomorrow as I have them.
Help us get the reviews we need by clicking the McAfee Site Advisor Review link at the top of every page. The more reviews we get the more visitors we get, which in-turn will get us more content. So help us by spending a few minutes giving us a review.
Some of you may have already noticed that the file area of the site has launched. Unfortunatly it's pretty empty. This is due to the area still being developed and improved.
I am hoping to have the complete file area ready within the next few days. Updates will of course follow and will appear here.
